At Digitaly, we specialize in delivering high-quality digital products such as eBooks, PDFs, software tools, and online courses. Due to the nature of digital goods, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered (downloaded or accessed), the sale is non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked once granted.
2. Refund Exceptions
We understand certain situations may require exceptions. Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same product.

Delivery Failure: You did not receive access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Technical Issues: The product is unusable due to verified technical problems not caused by your device, browser, or internet connection.
To qualify, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Then your money will be refunded within 7 business days.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a request, email support@digitaly.space with the following:

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds under these conditions:
You changed your mind after purchase
You failed to read the product description or system requirements
You claim dissatisfaction without explanation or valid issue
You downloaded or accessed the full product prior to the request
5. Subscription Services
If you purchased a subscription or membership, you may cancel future billing at any time. However, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse the policy or demonstrate fraudulent behavior, including excessive refund requests or download abuse.
