1. All Sales Are Final
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered (downloaded or accessed), the sale is non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked once granted.
2. Refund Exceptions
We understand certain situations may require exceptions. Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same product.

Delivery Failure: You did not receive access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Technical Issues: The product is unusable due to verified technical problems not caused by your device, browser, or internet connection.
To qualify, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Then your money will be refunded within 7 business days.
